Job Title: Sales Executive Mexico

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team in Mexico. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for leading the sales process for ERP system Odoo implementations, gathering customer requirements, presenting Portcities' services, and actively participating in tendering opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead the sales process for ERP system Odoo implementations
* Gather customer requirements and present Portcities' services
* Participate in tendering opportunities
* Collaborate with the Sales Manager to develop and execute a sales strategy aligned with business objectives
* Manage relationships with existing clients, including upsell negotiations, account receivable follow-up, and credit management
* Establish and maintain relationships with new acquisitions, focusing on solution-based sales to create added value in custom software implementations

Requirements:

* Minimum 3 years of experience in solution-based sales, business development, or pre-sales, with a focus on ERP system implementation or software development/implementation
* Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and manage relationships with internal teams, cross-functional colleagues, and external partners
* Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas and solutions to clients
* Master in the art of asking the right questions to understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly
* A fast learner who can quickly adapt to changing environments and technologies
* Experience with ERP, CRM, CMS (as a key user, salesperson, etc.) is preferred
* Native/Fluent in English is required, while proficiency in Spanish is preferred
* Work Authorization Requirement: Candidates must have valid work authorization in Mexico to be considered for this position
