About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual customer service representative to join our team at Percepta International. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, resolving customer inquiries and issues, and working collaboratively with our team to achieve our goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide top-notch customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Work closely with our team to identify and implement process improvements
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • At least one year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
  • Fluent in both Spanish and English (written and verbal)
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
