Job SummaryWe're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief of Staff to join our marketing team. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll be responsible for overseeing the production and execution of marketing projects, ensuring they meet our high-quality standards and are delivered on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement efficient marketing processes to enhance project delivery timelines, resource allocation, and budget management.
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale marketing projects, ensuring they meet quality standards, deadlines, and budget requirements.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Sales, and R&D, to ensure marketing projects support overall business goals and product launches.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies, ensuring high-quality outputs and adherence to Sword Health's standards and deadlines.
- Provide strategic insights and analysis to inform marketing decisions, preparing reports and contributing to the development of long-term marketing strategies.
- Facilitate effective communication within the marketing team and across other departments, ensuring alignment with company-wide objectives.
- Support the CMO in leading the marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role managing large-scale projects and teams.
- Proven track record of defining and implementing successful processes.
- Exceptional project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership qualities, especially for leading and coordinating peers and their teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with cross-functional teams and senior management.
