Job Title: Executive Assistant with Sales Expertise

Location: Remote LATAM

Position Type: Full-time

Salary: $1,280 - $1600

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM EST

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Assistant with a strong background in sales. This role is designed for a professional who is not only experienced but also proactive, organized, and a natural problem solver. As the client's right-hand person, you will play a pivotal role in managing daily operations, making critical decisions, and ensuring smooth workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Executive Support: Serve as the clients primary support, handling all administrative tasks with efficiency and discretion.
  • Sales Management: Utilize your extensive sales experience to support business development, including B2B initiatives.
  • Independent Work: Capable of working autonomously, making decisions, and driving initiatives forward without constant supervision.
  • Problem Solving: Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills to handle challenges and provide solutions quickly.
  • Collaboration: Ability to brainstorm and collaborate effectively while also being a leader in discussions and decisions.
  • Organization: Maintain a high level of organization, managing schedules, tasks, and projects with precision.
  • Client Relations: Build and nurture strong relationships, both within the company and with external partners.
  • Construction & Property Management: Apply your experience in construction and property management, including a solid understanding of the flooring and building materials market.

Qualifications:

  • Sales Experience: Extensive experience in sales, particularly in B2B contexts.
  • Management Skills: Proven ability to manage tasks, projects, and teams effectively.
  • Industry Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of construction, property management, and the building materials market, with a specific focus on flooring.
  • Communication: Clear and accent-neutral communication skills are essential.
  • Cultural Competence: Must have lived in the U.S. and understand the cultural nuances.
