">About the Role:
">This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Customer Journey Strategist/Crm Specialist
You will play a key role in developing marketing strategies, leading campaign development, and scaling supporting technology and processes to engage customers along their lifecycle journey.
Responsibilities:
">- Collaborate with marketing, creative, product, and insights peers to develop marketing strategies and lead campaign development
- Use a behavior-driven approach to engage customers through cohesive, personalized, and dynamic experiences
- Track and measure progress through A/B testing to continuously optimize performance
- Keep a pulse on the competitive landscape and proactively identify opportunities to meet the needs of our target customers
Requirements:
">- 1+ year of experience as a CRM specialist executing end-to-end lifecycle marketing campaigns
- Database management skills
- Proficiency in analysis tools
- Knowledge of omnichannel platforms
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Data-driven, analytical mindset, creativity, teamwork, problem-solving, and time management
Preferred Qualifications:
">- Experience using Braze
