About the Role

At Uber Freight, we're committed to delivering exceptional service to our customers and carriers. As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics network.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and resolve service risks in real-time, ensuring timely delivery of shipments
  • Make proactive service decisions that impact our customers, carriers, and internal stakeholders
  • Triage issues and collaborate with key stakeholders to resolve problems
  • Communicate effectively with carriers and all parties involved in each load
  • Work closely with account management teams to create a best-in-class service experience
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of related experience
  • Advance English language skills
  • Preferred qualifications: Bachelor's degree, experience in logistics or freight industry, and proficiency in Google Suites/Excel
