Platform Sales Leader for Latin America

We are seeking a seasoned executive to drive growth and revenue in Latin America & the Caribbean region. As Vice President of Platform Sales, you will be responsible for leading a team that enables and coordinates platform sales efforts across the region.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing a team with P&L responsibility and a focus on achieving revenue targets
  • Serving as the main point of contact and key conduit amongst specialist platform sales and acquisition sales teams
  • Partnering with Business Development teams to embed various specialized platforms into account strategies
  • Cross-selling opportunities where possible
  • Accelerating and optimizing platform sales within the region
  • Building relationships with key customers while remaining aligned with the Business Operating Model

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and negotiation, with the ability to connect the dots across sales teams and platforms. You should also have excellent networking and relationship-building skills, as well as the ability to quickly learn multiple complex platform offerings.

We offer a competitive salary range of $150,000 - $200,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, you can expect a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
