Ops Support Specialist

The Ops Support Specialist 4 plays a vital role in providing day-to-day operations support at Citi. This entry-level position is responsible for maintaining records, storing and retrieving documents, and performing account maintenance. The team member will also serve as a liaison between operations staff, relationship managers, project managers, and clients.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Completing complex assignments and resolving problems through in-depth investigation or research
  • Providing team assistance, including serving as a subject matter expert and leading special projects
  • Conducting basic analysis and research, as well as workflow management
  • Supporting a wide array of products and services
  • Communicating critical information to senior managers and mitigating organizational loss or impact, as needed
  • Appropriately assessing risk when making business decisions and driving compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations

Requirements include:

  • 1-3 years of relevant experience
  • Experience working in a business office or operational environment
  • Proficient computer and math skills, with a focus on complex databases and spreadsheets
  • Demonstrated technical and administrative expertise
  • Consistently demonstrates attention to detail
  • Demonstrated knowledge of activities, policies, and procedures of a basic work area
