High-Powered Sales Performance Lead

As a Senior Sales Development Representative at Growth Era, you will be a key player in driving client success by managing and optimizing outreach efforts. This role requires advanced prospecting skills, relationship nurturing with decision-makers, and guiding prospects through the sales funnel.
Your Responsibilities:
- Engage prospective buyers via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn to schedule qualified meetings.
- Identify needs of prospective buyers.
- Build long-term relationships to qualify leads as sales opportunities.
- Schedule meetings between prospects and clients.
- Accountable for weekly, monthly, and quarterly results.
- Maintain accurate notes within the CRM application.
- Participate in discovery meetings and coaching sessions.
Requirements:
- 2+ years in high-velocity sales environments as a top-performing SDR/BDR.
- C1 English Level proficiency.
- Strong English business communication skills.
- Experience working with U.S.-based tech companies selling into U.S. prospects.
- Proficiency in CRM and SEP software.
- MS Outlook/G Suite skills.
Key Metrics:
- 6-12 new sales-qualified attended meetings per month.
- Ability to work with multiple clients in different industries.
What We Offer:
$1,600 - $2,000 monthly base salary with a strong performance-driven bonus plan targeting total annual earnings of $34K. Fully remote and full-time contract.
