Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategically analyze vendor performance to make decisions on improvement plans and act on those plans to ensure KPIs for vendor selection.
  • Manage key/strategic supplier relationships and develop profitable vendor relationships, including sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing.
  • Identify recurring problems in service provision to our customers and determine actions to correct these problems with vendors.
  • Develop KPIs and dashboards, present and review them with vendors and stakeholders.
  • Act as a link between operations, procurement, and financial departments for commercial decisions.
  • Design, review, and revise procedures to ensure standardization and continuous optimization, and ensure adherence to procedures to maintain a positive relationship.

We Are Looking For:

A Bachelor's degree in general, with at least 2 years of experience managing vendors, preferably in logistics. Advanced knowledge in Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint is required, as well as conversational English.
