Business Development Administrator for Salesforce

Sermo, a global leader in physician engagement, is seeking an experienced Business Development Administrator to support our Account team.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly skilled professional to serve as primary business development administrator for the Salesforce environment. This role involves handling all basic administrative functions of account, contact and opportunity maintenance, setup and approval.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage account, contact and opportunity maintenance in Salesforce
- Transfer record ownership due to changes in rep or territory coverage and keep client database current
- Import and assign leads and contacts
- Assist commercial team with drafting RFP submissions, sales pitches, presentations, reference material, and other
- Enter and manage insertion orders within third-party and internal sales operations systems
- Maintain knowledge of products and service offerings

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in economics, administration, mathematics, or sciences
- Experience/knowledge with qualitative and quantitative research methods (desired)
- International experience (desired)

- Ability to learn new technologies quickly
What We Offer:
We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $90,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
