In this role, you will collaborate closely with clients to establish and implement a successful growth strategy that benefits both Mondelēz International and the client.

Your Contributions

You will be responsible for:

Cultivating and managing extensive client relationships across various levels, with a primary focus on establishing connections at the appropriate tiers within the client organization. Executing the strategic plan tailored for the client. Ensuring the successful delivery of the Joint Customer Business Plan (JCBP). Maximizing resource utilization to enhance operational profitability.

Experience in customer-facing roles. Proven track record in increasing revenue and market share. Ability to deliver results and solve problems effectively. Familiarity with diverse customers, market entry strategies, organizational structures, and business practices. Proficient negotiation and influence skills.

Specific Job Requirements:

This position is dedicated to Soriana, overseeing two of our primary product categories: Biscuits and Powder Beverages. A solid foundation in data-driven decision-making. English proficiency at an Intermediate/Advanced level is desirable.

Mondelez México has been a significant presence in the country since 1927, employing 6,000 talented individuals.
