Account Manager, LATAM Business Development Specialist

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our LATAM team at Spin Master Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic partnerships with distributors in the LATAM region.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute bi-annual business plans to maximize opportunities and meet customer needs.
- Manage and sell a portfolio of 20+ brands (approximately 1000+ SKUs) per year, working closely with internal teams to grow the LATAM business.
- Deliver product presentations and business proposals to drive revenue growth and create scenarios to discuss opportunities with distributors.
- Analyze sell-through data and market intelligence to identify business opportunities and minimize risk.
- Coordinate and process sample requests, ensuring timely delivery to distributors.
- Manage and schedule monthly meetings with distributors, taking notes and following up on actions discussed.
- Review and provide feedback on distributors' marketing plans, ensuring they align with company strategy and revenue goals.
- Identify and evaluate gaps in the market, creating plans to execute and grow the brands.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Proven ability to grow a territory and develop strategic partnerships with external partners.
- Experience in forecasting and portfolio management.
- Ability to create and maintain business presentations, Excel files, and read POS reports.
- Strategic thinker with an entrepreneurial, inquisitive, and innovative spirit.
