Job Summary:
The Regional Sales Officer will be responsible for implementing the sales strategy, achieving sales margin goals, and driving growth in each region. This role requires a strong understanding of the energy market, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets for natural gas and energy sales.
- Prospect, generate qualified leads, negotiate, and sign new contracts to meet sales targets.
- Assess market trends, customers, competitors, industry, and country analyses to identify opportunities with existing and potential new customers.
- Educate the market and customers on ENGIE capabilities and identify opportunities to address customer needs with ENGIE energy and gas services.
- Develop and maintain a qualified pipeline of opportunities by developing senior-level relationships with major customers.
Requirements:
- 3 years of sales experience.
- > 2 years of working in the Energy and/or Gas sector.
- Knowledge and strong networking relationships within the Energy and/or Gas sector.
- Customer centricity.
- Strong writing and presentation skills.
- Proven solving ability.
- Ability to quickly learn new technology.
- Knowledge of SalesForce CRM and Microsoft tools.
