The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical training and experience in designing and delivering training programs. You will be responsible for adapting course content to meet the needs of the Mexican market, developing training materials, and delivering training sessions.


Key responsibilities include:


Main Activities:



  • Review and adapt training content to meet the needs of the Mexican market
  • Develop and implement training materials, including student manuals and assessments
  • Deliver training sessions, both face-to-face and virtually
  • Guarantee the availability of necessary equipment and resources
  • Visit dealers’ mechanical workshops
  • Schedule monthly training calendars for in-person and e-learning sessions
  • Conduct competency assessments and classify dealers according to the training matrix
  • Upload training notes to the LMS platform

Requirements:



  • Engineering background, preferably in mechanical or automotive
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in automotive
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in training and development
  • Knowledge of workshop tools, metrology, electrical diagrams, and circuits
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Certification from automotive agencies or verifiable courses
  • Certification in Train the Trainers
  • Valid American visa
