Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled Support Administrator to provide unparalleled support and guidance to our customers. As a key member of our team, you will utilize playbooks and critical thinking to troubleshoot complex issues, providing clear, concise, and root cause-focused solutions. Your role will also involve assisting in data ingestions to ensure product reliability for our users.
Key Responsibilities- Resolve large volumes of customer tickets with empathetic communication
- Investigate complex customer problems involving data integrity, data feeds, and machine learning
- Perform manual data ingestions requiring ownership, diligence, dependability, and high attention to detail
- Monitor alerts and resolve customer-facing issues promptly
- Closed loop on issues ensuring customer satisfaction
- Conduct continuous ticket quality assurance reflecting on your own and peers' resolution effectiveness
- Curious and authentic individual who shares our values
- Analytical and critical thinker with an eye for detail
- Possess excellent communication skills
- BSc IT/Computer Science or similar, or previous technical support experience (required)
