Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Team Member to join our team at Under Armour. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

About the Role

The Sales Team Member is responsible for generating sales by providing customers with an outstanding shopping experience. This includes offering great customer service, suggesting products, and ensuring the store is well-presented at all times.

  • Provide direct sales assistance to customers to meet sales targets.
  • Deliver omni-channel requests in line with Under Armour processes and policies.
  • Model the UA service culture and customer expectations.
  • Incorporate product knowledge into the selling process through training.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following requirements:

  • At least 16 years old (or 18 years old in CA).
  • Available to work a flexible schedule.
  • Comfortable with or willing to learn technology.
  • Ability to perform essential functions of the role.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $15-$20 per hour, depending on location and experience. Our estimated annual salary for this role is around $31,200-$41,600.
