We're seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our team in the Bajío area, specializing in lighting solutions. At Signify, you'll be part of a dynamic environment that fosters creativity and adaptability.

As the world leader in lighting, we're constantly pushing boundaries in data analytics, AI, and smart homes, offices, and cities. Our commitment to climate action is evident in our goal to reach net zero greenhouse gas emissions by 2040.

This role involves positioning our lighting products as the best option in the region, working closely with distributors, contractors, and installers. You'll also design and specify our light products and systems offer.

Responsibilities:
  • You'll be part of a project team identifying new project opportunities and sales prospects.
  • Maintain close customer contact through frequent and productive sales visits.
  • Manage customer offer performance.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree completed in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related.

3+ years of proven track record in account/relationship management and consultative selling principles in a fast-paced technology industry.

3+ years of strong history of quota achievement with stellar experience presenting products & services to accounts.

Experience in Construction (electronics), Electrical, or Lighting business.

Experience in End-to-End sales (technical/consultive sales).

Experience in selling complex offerings consisting of multiple building blocks.

Excel and CRM (e.g., Sales Force or SAP) knowledge.

Commercial listening and questioning skills, ability to win the seat at the right customer table.

Skilled in one-to-many negotiations, able to create demand for solutions by leveraging empathy and trust-based relationships.

Interpersonal skills including leading cross-functional teams without formal authority.

Financial acumen and commercial savviness.

Sense of urgency and creativity.

Intermediate English (writing & listening) is mandatory.

Travel availability (by car) - 80%.

This is a 100% remote position with 80% travel.
