We are seeking a seasoned Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth in the industrial and automation market.
About the Role- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to expand our presence in the industrial sector.
- Lead and motivate a nationwide sales team to achieve ambitious sales targets.
- Establish strong relationships with key personnel at customer accounts, fostering long-term partnerships.
- Negotiate and close large-scale agreements with OEMs.
- Analyse performance metrics and implement improvements to enhance sales efficiency.
- Create accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.
- Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure the sales team is aligned.
- Maintain the integrity of CRM data.
A successful candidate should possess:
- Proven experience in sales or a senior sales role.
- The ability to drive the sales process from planning to closing.
- Strong business acumen and industry expertise in the industrial sector.
- Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
