Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team at Sensient Technologies. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for administering, processing, and tracking orders. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a leading global manufacturer and marketer of colors, flavors, and extracts.\
Main Responsibilities:
• Perform a variety of customer transactions such as order entry, processing, and tracking.\
• Accurately and efficiently process transactions and must have knowledge of pricing, order flow, product data, and shipping procedures.\
• Interact with Account Managers, laboratory, and warehouse teams to resolve discrepancies/missing information.\
• Run and monitor the daily open order report. Communicate with planners and dispatch to ensure on-time deliveries. Advise customers about delays if necessary.\
• Monitor scheduled shipping dates and track order shipments directly with carriers to ensure on-time delivery and expedite as needed.\
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Administration, related areas.\
• Experience in customer service in industry.\
• Advanced level English.\
