Enterprise Account Manager for Service Providers

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Manager to join our RUCKUS team, based in México City. This individual will be responsible for establishing, managing, and growing RUCKUS business with assigned Service Provider accounts in a specified territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain relationships with Service Providers in the assigned territory.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase RUCKUS' revenue, customer base, and market share within a defined group of accounts and/or vertical markets.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for new business and expansion into untapped markets.
- Prepare and deliver quarterly business reviews and business planning sessions with the sales team and strategic partners.
- Manage and execute marketing and promotional campaigns across the territory.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of in-person selling experience, with at least 5 years in Wi-Fi and LAN enterprise-grade technologies.
- Proficient in English and Spanish language (written and spoken).
- Experience selling to and building relationships with Service Providers in Mexico.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate plans and strategies across a matrix organization.
