About the Role

This position oversees the administration of ITIL-based service support and technical account management. You will be responsible for coordinating incident ownership, client account management, and resource coordination on a 24x7 basis. Your duties may include:

  • Managing and overseeing service delivery processes, including incident management, problem management, request management, change management, service level management, and configuration management.
  • Providing resolution to client problems and/or requests, adapting communication techniques for various audiences.
Requirements

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • A strong understanding of ITIL processes and principles.
  • 4-7 years of relevant experience in service delivery or a related field.
  • An undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal skills.
  • The ability to physically perform general office requirements and travel, including overnight domestic or international trips.
Benefits and Compensation
