About the RoleThis position oversees the administration of ITIL-based service support and technical account management. You will be responsible for coordinating incident ownership, client account management, and resource coordination on a 24x7 basis. Your duties may include:
- Managing and overseeing service delivery processes, including incident management, problem management, request management, change management, service level management, and configuration management.
- Providing resolution to client problems and/or requests, adapting communication techniques for various audiences.
To excel in this role, you should possess:
- A strong understanding of ITIL processes and principles.
- 4-7 years of relevant experience in service delivery or a related field.
- An undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- Excellent written and verbal skills.
- The ability to physically perform general office requirements and travel, including overnight domestic or international trips.
