EUC Technical Support Specialist

As a Technical Support Specialist at Nuvit Service, you will be responsible for managing the product life cycle of all service-raised incidents and service requests. This role requires the use of knowledge management to inform customers on progress and advise on workarounds where necessary. Additionally, you will support and maintain end-user services, including providing Tier 1-2 support for escalated incidents related to workstations and mobile environments.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide technical support for hardware, operating systems, drivers, and applications.
* Assist with software deployments, applications packaging, scripting, operating systems deployments, PC imaging, and security for end-user computing devices.
* Support mobile device management, including Office 365 MDM.
Requirements
* Excellent understanding of current MAC OS and Windows 10+.
* Good knowledge of troubleshooting basic client application problems.
* Good understanding of Active Directory and Group Policy to troubleshoot problems encountered by users.
* Good understanding of Cloud technologies.
Competencies and Experience
* 4-5 years of hands-on IT experience in a technical-helpdesk role.
* 4-5 years of hands-on experience with at least one infrastructure technology (e.g., UNIX or Windows).
* Solid knowledge in Microsoft Excel (Power Query highly desirable).
* Desirable advanced level of English.
* Technical English is required.
* Highly motivated, driven, and willing to work independently while receiving instruction through supervision in a highly regulated environment.
