Team Dynamics:

Become a vital part of Logitech's successful sales division in Mexico, focusing on our innovative sectors in E-commerce and Retail Sales. Engage in a vibrant environment filled with exciting projects and initiatives.

The Retail Account Manager plays a crucial role in managing the E-tail and Retail Division, directly reporting to the Sales Manager for E-tail and Retail in Mexico.

This position entails developing and executing strategic plans, overseeing promotional and planning efforts, ensuring effective category performance, and enhancing market share and profitability margins.

In this role, you will strategize and manage relationships with various Retail and Online clients. You will formulate customer business strategies and leverage marketing, trade, and category management resources to expand your business with these clients.

The essential qualifications you should possess include:

A minimum of 7 years in sales roles with revenue responsibilities, ideally within consumer goods or technology, E-commerce, and traditional retail sectors. Demonstrated success as a sales professional, consistently surpassing revenue targets in a high-growth environment. Strong leadership capabilities with experience in collaborating across global sales teams. A cooperative mindset, capable of working cross-functionally with diverse sales teams and business areas. Proven ability to leverage influential leadership to drive transformation, growth, and innovative business models. A passion for nurturing customer relationships and recognizing opportunities for cross-selling and upselling. Strong analytical skills and business insight, proficient in maintaining business plans, guiding through key performance indicators, and achieving results. A proactive, hands-on attitude with a readiness to support and advance the business with agility and responsiveness. An innovative approach, always willing to explore new ideas, take calculated risks, and pursue revenue growth.
