Customer Success Business Partner

As a Customer Success Business Partner, you will be responsible for managing and curating existing customer relationships, leveraging strong executive relationships to drive business growth, customer value, satisfaction, and retention within assigned banking accounts.
Your Key Responsibilities will include:
- Developing and establishing new business relationships and providing thought leadership to influence and build trust at different customer levels.
- Leading the development of relevant and actionable customer success plans and partnering internally to ensure successful delivery of related services and support functions.
- Inspiring confidence and driving utilization of Teradata software and services through education and strategy sessions to ensure the customer is successful in their adoption of Teradata technology.
- Providing customer education on how to use Teradata solutions to solve their most demanding business challenges.
- Trusted advisor to the client and facilitator of additional Teradata SMEs and functions.
What You'll Bring to this role:
- A proven track record of long-range planning and results-oriented strategic thinking.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to lead, advise, and advocate for customers.
- Previous experience selling data and analytic solutions is desirable.
- The ability to collaborate across a matrixed environment and be innovative and skilled at seizing opportunities and transforming strategy into results.
