Job Overview
">This role involves interacting with existing customers through phone and email to increase sales of the Company's products and services. The Sales Growth Associate will work closely with outside sales teams to ensure goals are being met.
Responsibilities
">- Obtain orders through email and telephone calls, verifying and entering items, transferring orders to fulfillment, explaining stock-outs and expected delivery dates.
- Increase orders by suggesting related items, explaining features, and checking customer buying history.
- With guidance, own, qualify, and develop opportunities passed from marketing, outside sales, and national accounts.
- Prepare, generate, and follow up on verbal or written quotations to secure orders or determine reasons for loss of order.
- Review open customer order reports and act on open items, including those at risk in meeting customer promised delivery dates.
- Maintain distribution system backorder report, associated customer expediting report and notices, and customer notification.
- Report industry trends, competitive pricing, and customer feedback to management.
Requirements
">To be successful in this role, you should have a high school degree or equivalent, with a preferred bachelor's degree. Familiarity with Microsoft Office and basic computer skills are required. Additionally, you should be able to perform multiple tasks simultaneously, work in a team environment, communicate clearly, and have attention to detail.
Salary Information
">The estimated salary for this role is between $50,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on location and experience. This figure includes an additional 10% bonus potential based on performance.
