Media Sales Director for Latin America

About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Media Sales Director to lead our Ad Sales team in Mexico. This role is responsible for achieving the Ad Sales Budgets based on price, inventory, and industry analysis.
Main Responsibilities:
- Negotiate incentive models with top agencies.
- Track and follow up on forecast, revenues, and monthly goals.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and agencies.
- Participate in internal regional meetings and forecasting annual revenues and budgets.
- Implement and follow up on the Mexico Ad Sales annual strategy.
Job Requirements/Skills:
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Broad knowledge and experience in media (Broadcast TV, Pay TV, Print, Digital).
- Experience in managing and leading teams of at least 5 people.
- 10 or more years of experience in the entertainment industry.
- Above-average negotiation skills.
- Degree or equivalent experience in sales, marketing, communications.
- General knowledge of local market, players, and clients.
Location: Mexico City, Mexico. We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 USD per year, plus additional benefits.
