Strategic Sales Director

This is a unique opportunity to lead our sales team in Latin America, driving business growth and expansion in this strategic region.
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager with a proven track record of success, who can develop and execute strategic sales plans, build strong client relationships, and lead our sales team to achieve targets.
You will be responsible for:
- Developing and executing strategic sales plans to drive business growth and expansion in Latin America.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Leading and mentoring the sales team, providing coaching and development opportunities to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
- Staying up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity, using this information to inform our sales strategy and stay ahead of the competition.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Marketing and Product, to align our efforts and drive business results.
- Making data-driven decisions by analyzing sales metrics and identifying areas for improvement.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a sales management role.
- Proven track record of success in driving business growth and expansion.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in Spanish and proficiency in English.
