Key Responsibilities:

  • Building lasting relationships with small business owners through inbound and outbound communication.
  • Developing instant rapport and asking open-ended questions to understand clients' needs.

Requirements:

  • Advanced English language skills.
  • Experience in a fast-paced sales environment, preferably in a call center setting.
