Inside Sales Representative

The current vacancy is for an Inside Sales position in the North American market. This role involves both hunting and farming inside sales campaigns, focusing on expanding existing business and growing new business in new markets.
Key Responsibilities- Run several different products/services related campaigns, each with 3 core objectives: individual revenue target, pipeline target, and account coverage target.
- Find and qualify new sales opportunities, working closely with client field sales managers across different business units and countries.
- Support and cooperate with opportunities until they are won.
- Excellent communication skills in English, written and spoken.
- Digital native with business curiosity, agility, and willingness to learn new things.
- Ability to adapt behaviours to different sales scenarios and situations, with a keen interest in sales processes, enabling systems, and sales techniques.
- Report to the Inside Sales Team Manager.
- Primary working place in Guadalajara, Mexico.
- 40 hours' week from Mondays to Fridays, with remote working policies for 2 days a week.
