About the Role

We are looking for a talented Analyst with an administrative and collections focus to join our team. As a Sales Administrative Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting sales management in administrative processes for new clients, maintaining timely collections from consulting clients, and proactively collecting annual service renewals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support sales management in administrative processes for new clients
  • Maintain timely collections from consulting clients
  • Proactively collect annual service renewals
  • Assertively resolve aspects related to proactive customer service

Requirements

  • Academic training with a certificate in Business Administration, Public Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business
  • Previous experience of at least 4 years as an administrative assistant in the commercial area, working remotely with proven results
  • Knowledge of electronic billing 4.0, payment complements, and general knowledge of Mexican tax laws and taxes
  • Basic knowledge of payments (transfers) and billing to foreign clients
  • Desirable experience working with a quality management system
