Sales & Marketing Analyst II

**About the Role**
As a Sales & Marketing Analyst II at Te Connectivity, you will be part of a dynamic team responsible for driving sales and marketing initiatives across various markets and industries. Your primary focus will be on supporting the development and implementation of sales-oriented activities, market development, and communications strategies.
**Key Responsibilities**
• Assist in identifying the type and part numbers of tooling needed, as well as any necessary or recommended accessories.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide a higher level of automation, efficiency, capacity, and repeatability.
• Help identify corresponding part numbers and accessories to support business growth.
• Work closely with the GATD team to ensure seamless execution of sales and marketing initiatives.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Provide market insights and analysis to inform business decisions.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
**Requirements**
• 4-year degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience with technical education.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and collaboratively with others.
• Proficient in Microsoft products, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Familiarity with SAP, Business Insights, and other reporting programs.
• Experience with MS Teams and ability to learn new software quickly.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout North America up to 10% of the time.
• Mexican citizenship or ability to work in Mexico.
• Ability to sit at a desk/computer station for long periods with regular stretch breaks.
