Your Role at The Clorox Company
We are seeking a skilled Marketing Procurement Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Procurement organization, you will be responsible for driving category management and procurement activities across Marketing (Media, Print, and Promotion), with a spend responsibility of approximately $100 million.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive category management and procurement activities across Marketing (Media, Print, and Promotion) with a focus on delivering key performance indicators (KPIs) for spend area.
- Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans to optimize procurement processes and improve supplier relationships.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales, and Legal, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Provide thought leadership in procurement activities across the Sourcing organization, with a passion for developing best-in-class sourcing teams.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of business experience in Procurement, Marketing, Sales, Legal, or Business Development.
- 2 years of experience managing marketing/innovation projects, working with suppliers/vendors/external partners, developing contracts or negotiating agreements.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to interface effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to articulate complex business situations clearly and articulately.
- Planning and organization skills, with the ability to establish work plans, multi-task, and prioritize simultaneous projects.
Education and Qualifications
- B.A. or B.S. Degree in related disciplines (Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Finance), or equivalent experience.
