Regional Sales Strategist

We are seeking a seasoned Territory Distribution Manager to join our team as a Regional Sales Strategist. This is an exceptional opportunity for a sales professional with a proven track record in driving business growth and revenue expansion.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve significant revenue growth in assigned territories
- Manage sales teams to ensure seamless execution of sales plans, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions
- Leverage technical knowledge of markets that use Emco Wheaton products to drive sales initiatives and expand customer base
- Maintain effective relationships with existing and prospective customers, addressing their needs and concerns through Emco Wheaton technology
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and customer requirements to inform strategic decisions
- 5+ years of relevant experience in the fuel systems sector, preferably in a sales management role
- Technical expertise in Emco Wheaton products and a deep understanding of target markets
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English, Portuguese, and Spanish
- Ability to travel extensively (50-75% of time) and handle administrative responsibilities while on the road
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of delivering results-oriented solutions
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines
- A competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on location and experience
