About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Propositions Strategist to join our team in Mexico. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the sales proposition strategy from end-to-end, developing go-to-market strategies, and analyzing industry trends to identify opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales proposition strategies that meet business objectives
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop go-to-market plans
  • Provide leadership and guidance to team members
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • 5+ years of experience in sales or marketing
  • Experience in leading high-performance teams
  • Strong knowledge of global trade and commerce
  • Commercial skills, including negotiation, active listening, and business acumen
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off. Our office is located in CDMX, Mexico, and we offer flexible working arrangements to support work-life balance.
