Senior Sales Director

We are seeking a Senior Sales Director to lead our sales efforts in LATAM and the Caribbean. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a sales strategy aligned with our overall business objectives and growth targets.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales leadership, with experience in developing and executing sales plans, managing sales teams, and building strong relationships with key clients.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing a sales strategy aligned with our overall business objectives and growth targets.
- Leading and managing the sales team to ensure revenue goals are met or exceeded.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new opportunities and threats.
- Continuously improving the sales process to increase efficiency, productivity, and effectiveness.
- Tracking and analyzing sales metrics and KPIs to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- 10-15 years of experience in sales leadership.
- Strong background in sales strategy development and execution.
- Experience in managing sales teams and building strong relationships with key clients.
- Ability to analyze market trends and identify new opportunities and threats.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
Abilities:
