Sales Commission Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Commission Analyst to join our team at Gates Corporation.
The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background, with excellent business process management skills and experience in sales enablement or related work. They will be responsible for ensuring the successful payout execution of our Commercial Team commission, including headcount and Sales Incentive Plan (SIP) validation for sales employees.
Key Responsibilities:- Calculate sales commissions accurately and in a timely manner, creating documents for payroll and validating 100% accuracy with commission calculations by person by period.
- Collect and analyze data on the organization's current incentive plan to create and issue annual plan documents for all sales employees.
- Conduct quarterly reviews and audits with managers, supervisors to gather anecdotal data on the effectiveness of current strategic initiatives practices, gathering suggestions and recommendations for changes and updates.
- Monitor company incentive plans to ensure the structure of the SIP defined by Corporate, conducting periodic revisions of strategic initiatives and any implemented changes, presenting findings to regional leaders.
- Address questions from regional leaders and SIP participants about calculations, providing additional training or support about the program tools for tracking and SIP calculator.
A curious intellect with strong analytical and business process management skills. 5 to 7 years in Sales Enablement/Operations or related work experience.
Strong analytical and modeling skills with the ability to interpret and analyze data with precision and accuracy. Advanced Skills in MS Office (Excel, Power Point).
