The Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Account Growth Strategist to join our Red Bull team. As an experienced sales professional, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive sales growth in key national convenience store chains.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze performance indicators, including sales volume, market share, and price relativity, using control tools and market information to identify key opportunities.
  • Develop long-term sales strategies and action plans based on analysis results and negotiations with retail chains.
  • Negotiate commercial agreements with national chains, following national trading guides and implementation of execution levers.
  • Manage budget and negotiate contracts through monitoring of performance KPIs and levers of implementation.

About the Opportunity:

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 - $90,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus benefits and opportunities for career advancement.
