Customer Support Specialist

In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and chat, providing expert-level customer service and ensuring timely resolution of customer inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner
- Use internal Arrow resources and tools to troubleshoot and find solutions for customers
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information in Salesforce
- Provide prompt follow-up on cases to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 1 year of experience in customer service or e-commerce support
- Fluent in English
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
