Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain sales compensation frameworks utilizing Varicent.
- Configure and tailor calculation rules and compensation strategies on the Varicent platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Conduct testing to ensure the precision and effectiveness of configurations and customizations.
- Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting support for Varicent users.
- Document processes, configurations, and best practices for future reference.
- Train end-users and internal personnel on Varicent usage and administration.
- Work alongside the IT department to integrate Varicent with other enterprise systems.
- Stay informed about the latest Varicent updates and features to maximize organizational benefits.
Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you should possess:
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience with Varicent or in similar sales compensation management roles.
- Demonstrated experience in configuring and customizing Varicent to meet unique business requirements.
- In-depth understanding of sales compensation principles and practices.
- Strong programming skills, particularly in languages such as SQL.
- Experience in system integration and managing large datasets.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
- The ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
