About the Role

We are seeking a Key Account Strategy Manager to play a crucial role in shaping and executing our strategic initiatives to drive growth and market leadership. You will work closely with the commercial and engagement teams to reach the full growth potential of the Key Accounts business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives to achieve business objectives and drive growth with key accounts in Latin America.
  • Continuously analyze the Key Accounts business to determine strengths, weaknesses, operational effectiveness, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Coordinate cross-functional team initiatives to align strategies and execution.
  • Lead strategic projects from conception to implementation, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and objectives.
  • Prepare and present strategic recommendations, business cases, and findings to senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
  • Lead and coach a team of junior Strategy Analysts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Actuarial Sciences / Mathematics or related fields.
  • 3-5 years of professional experience in commercial consulting and/or strategy or related field.
  • English language, business fluency.
  • Strong negotiation skills to have win-win collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Database management, data analysis, and interpretation.
