About This Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our Business Development team in Mexico. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to build relationships, recognize opportunities, and turn leads into long-lasting partnerships. The Business Development/Account Specialist will report to the Manager of Business Development and will focus on growing and maintaining client partnerships for InComm Mexico.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional support to clients by understanding and meeting their needs.
  • Develop new contacts and reach out to new prospects through cold calls.
  • Follow up with prospects throughout the sales cycle to ensure needs are being met.
  • Deliver presentations to demonstrate the value of our products and services to prospective customers.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and develop sales strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date on company offerings and industry trends.
  • Maintain a database of contact information.
  • Build long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with external contacts and internal departments.
  • Aid in problem-solving and handle client negotiations.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated interest in technology and its evolution.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts while seeking new opportunities.
  • Strong understanding of client needs and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in computer skills, especially Excel, MS Office, and CRM software.
  • 1+ years of experience in client relationship building.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Professional level English and Spanish language skills.
