Who You Are
You are a meticulous, tech-savvy leader who takes every opportunity to organize people, whether friends, family, or at work, to create something that everyone will enjoy taking part in - not only in the process, but also the results. From a simple event to a complex project, you know and want to organize the steps needed to pull off a successful outcome. You shine in the role of a Customer Onboarding Manager who understands all the complexities of not only the product you are running an installation for, but also how to deal with customer delays, adapting the product to work for the customer, and more. You own everything you take on and take the term "the buck stops with me" seriously.
Your Responsibilities
- You will use your technical expertise to help Cloudsquare build out its knowledge base and user guides that will allow us to transform into a product company.
- You will work closely with the Director of Product and Product Managers to ensure seamless product installations and customer onboarding experiences.
- You will be the first point of contact for customer inquiries and provide timely and effective support to ensure customer satisfaction.
