About the Team

The Renewals Account Executive team is dedicated to delivering exceptional value to our customers through strategic selling and relationship building. Our team focuses on building a strong business case that demonstrates a clear return on investment (ROI) throughout the sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a successful territory plan to achieve quota
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with current customers at all levels of an organization
  • Prospect approximately 50-60% of your own pipeline using the Outreach platform and tools such as 6Sense, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn
  • Conduct thorough discovery calls to identify pain points and needs of senior executives
  • Demonstrate additional features within the Outreach platform to solve high-level pain points
  • Lead and negotiate renewal negotiations
  • Accurately identify risk within deals using the MEDDPIC methodology and work with leadership to mitigate those risks
  • Forecast deals using Outreach's forecast methodology

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English
  • 2+ years of SaaS sales experience, preferably in a multi-product company
  • Proven success in expanding additional products within current customers
  • Proven success in renewing customers on an annual basis
  • Consistent track record of hitting goal and numbers
  • Demonstrated success in relationship building, pipeline management, prospecting, contract negotiation, and closing customers
  • Ability to build positive relationships and influence
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
