Job Summary:

Lapieza is seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as a Verkada Enterprise Sales Professional. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to penetrate new markets and expand existing customer relationships.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at Fortune 500 companies.
  • Provide expert-level product knowledge and demonstrations to customers and prospects.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless sales processes and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements:

  • 5-10+ years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise software sales and the ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • BS/BA degree in a related field, such as business, marketing, or communications.
