Job Overview:

Job Title: Real Estate Asset Manager

Location: Remote

Position Type: Full-time

Salary: $1,280 - $1,600 USD/month + $200 - $300 Commissions per every closed deal

Schedule: Eastern Standard Time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and Oversee: The disposition process for properties within our portfolio, ensuring timely and profitable sales.
  • Network Development: Build and maintain a strong network of real buyers and investors, fostering relationships and driving sales.
  • Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to determine the best disposition strategies for each property, maximizing profits and minimizing risks.
  • Transaction Management: Utilize Podio to track, manage, and update property disposition activities, ensuring seamless transactions and efficient communication.
  • Negotiation and Collaboration: Negotiate with buyers to secure favorable terms and maximize profits, collaborating with the acquisition and sales teams to ensure successful transactions.
  • Communication and Organization: Maintain clear and effective communication with all stakeholders throughout the sales process, ensuring timely updates and efficient project management.

Qualifications:

  • Native English Speaker: Ex-pats are strongly preferred.
  • Real Estate Expertise: Highly experienced in real estate, particularly in dealing with real buyers and managing dispositions.
  • Buyer List Management: Proven ability to build and maintain effective buyer lists, driving sales and maximizing profits.
  • CRM Proficiency: Proficient in using Podio for CRM and transaction management.
  • Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation skills with a focus on achieving the best outcomes.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote environment.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring timely updates and efficient project management.
