About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Real Estate Acquisition Manager to join our team at Torre. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in helping us achieve our goals in the real estate investing and wholesaling industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation and Management: Handle inbound leads and inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring a seamless experience for potential clients.
  • Outbound Calls and Communication: Conduct outbound calls to potential leads to explore acquisition opportunities, maintaining strong relationships through consistent and professional communication.
  • Pipeline Management: Efficiently manage and organize the acquisition pipeline to ensure a smooth process from lead generation to closing.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and run comparative market analysis (comps) to determine property values, providing valuable insights to support business decisions.
  • Contract Management: Utilize DocuSign for contract management, ensuring timely and secure execution of agreements.
Requirements
  • Contract Management Skills: Proficiency in contract management, with experience in using DocuSign.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with potential sellers.
  • Market Research and Analysis Skills: Strong market research and analysis skills, with the ability to conduct thorough market research and run comparative market analysis (comps).
  • Outbound Call and Communication Skills: Ability to conduct outbound calls and communicate effectively with potential leads.
