About the Role
The Business Development Manager is responsible for introducing and selling cybersecurity products and services within an assigned set of territories.
Key Responsibilities
- Building a strong network of partners and developing strong relationships with each company;
- Prospecting for new business opportunities and upgrading current opportunities within existing accounts;
- Developing a sales strategy and a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities;
- Supporting contract negotiations and deal closure;
- Contributing to long- and short-term business planning processes by identifying key growth areas, market opportunities, and insights;
- Finding new and creative ways to expand market share;
- Studying the main requirements and initiatives for compliance with cybersecurity requirements in the market, in order to adapt our proposals to the demands of the market;
- Presenting our value proposition to partners, customers, and prospects;
- Designing, planning, and executing campaigns supporting channel strategy and revenue growth;
- Supporting marketing campaigns, tradeshows, and other events.
Requirements
- 5+ years of client-facing sales experience;
- A strong understanding of cybersecurity products and market within the assigned territory;
- Successful cases of closed projects in cybersecurity;
- Ability to accurately forecast and report opportunities;
- A very good command of English and communication skills are essential;
- Knowledge of Portuguese or Spanish to effectively liaise with the stakeholders of the region.
