The RoleWe are seeking an experienced Sales Operations Specialist to join our global sales team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our sales operations by providing exceptional support to our sales representatives, internal stakeholders, and clients.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Acting as a liaison between MX Enterprise Account Executives and internal support teams to coordinate complex cross-functional processes
- Project managing internal resources and customer contacts to ensure smooth execution of key onboarding and documentation processes
- Engaging with customers to ensure smooth execution of key onboarding and documentation processes
- Contribute and identify opportunities for process improvement over time
- Championing, modeling, and embedding Samsara's cultural principles (Focus on Customer Success, Build for the Long Term, Adopt a Growth Mindset, Be Inclusive, Win as a Team) as we scale globally and across new offices
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Fluent (speaking, reading, writing) in both English and Spanish
- 5+ years of work experience in a Sales Administrator role
- Working knowledge of typical SaaS transaction workflows, particularly in Netsuite or similar ERP systems
- Critical thinking to solve problems
- High attention to detail and proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport with customers and provide excellent service
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks while maintaining overall team goals
- Experience with Enterprise level clients
- Experience working in NetSuite and/or Zendesk
- Customer Support experience supporting internal teams and external customers
- Basic project management knowledge and experience
