Eaton's Corporate Sector division is currently seeking a highly skilled professional to drive business growth and customer satisfaction in the utility segment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Collaborate with sales teams to deliver exceptional customer and sales support, driving sales growth and increasing partner satisfaction.

• Establish and maintain strong commercial relationships with existing and potential partners, leveraging knowledge of customers' business and organization, as well as Eaton's product lines and strategic plans.

• Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to provide documentation and product information to customers, supporting sales generation in the utility segment.

• Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely solutions to customer issues, utilizing available resources or creating procedures for resolution.

• Proactively contact partners to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction and resolve any complaints or objections.

• Facilitate timely solutions to customer issues, utilizing available resources or creating procedures for resolution.

• Increase sales and average order size through cross-selling, up-selling, add-on sales, and promotional sale items.

• Lead project teams and serve as a team member for special projects to drive continuous improvement and team performance.

• Recruit and enable new partners within the various channel segments to join the PowerAdvantage Partner program.

**Requirements:**

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.

• Minimum of one (1) year of work experience in product support, customer service, inside sales, or proposal support.

• Strong technical knowledge and soft skills, including strong written and verbal communication skills, drive for results, decision-making, problem-solving, and a strong work ethic.
